Fire burns in the Military Field of Santa Margarida
Four air resources were activated to help fight the flames.

A fire broke out at the Santa Margarida Military Camp, in Constância, in the district of Santarém, this Wednesday.
The alert was given at 3:20 pm and the incident is taking place in a wooded area, as confirmed by Notícias ao Minuto with Civil Protection. There are no reports of injuries and, at around 5:15 pm, the work to fight the flames was progressing positively.
In total, 60 firefighters, supported by 15 vehicles and four aerial resources, are at the scene fighting the flames.
Firefighters from the Abrantes, Constância, Barquinha, Entroncamento and Torres Novas fire departments are at the scene.
Contacted by Lusa, an official source from the Army said that the cause of the fire is "related to military training" involving "live fire with different weapons systems".
