Pro-Palestine protesters interrupt debate with EIB president in Porto
A group of pro-Palestine protesters interrupted a debate with the president of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Nádia Calviño, in Porto today, questioning the bank's financing of Israel and shouting slogans.

One of the young people, who identified herself as a student at the University of Porto, questioned the EIB president about potential funding for Israel, and then shouted, along with other young people, "Free Palestine" several times.
The young people also displayed posters, one of which read that "the invisible hand of genocide has the EIB's fingerprint".
The demonstrators were removed by security from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, where the debate was taking place.
