Man dies in collision between motorcycle and light vehicle in Guarda

A 67-year-old man died this Saturday after a collision between a light vehicle and a motorcycle on Estrada Municipal 601, in Fonte Longa, municipality of Mêda, district of Guarda.
According to what the Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command of Beiras e Serra da Estrela confirmed to Notícias ao Minuto, the death was declared on site by the INEM team.
A helicopter from the emergency teams and the Meda Volunteer Firefighters assisted the victim.
The alert was given at 09:26 and the Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) was in charge of the occurrence.
