One dead and one injured in tractor rollover in the municipality of Pombal
A man died and a woman was injured in the overturn of an agricultural tractor, in Água Travessa, municipality of Pombal, sources from the Civil Protection and the National Republican Guard (GNR) told Lusa.

According to the Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command of the Leiria Region, the alert for the accident, in the parish of Pelariga, was made at 3:26 pm and the Volunteer Firefighters of Pombal, the National Institute of Medical Emergency and the GNR attended the scene.
A source from the GNR said that the fatal victim was 84 years old, while the woman, with minor injuries, was 24, and the accident occurred on private property.
The commander of the Pombal corporation, Paulo Albano, added that they were two people from the same family, grandfather and granddaughter.
