Canteen, accommodation and catering workers on strike
Workers in canteens and dining halls, accommodation and catering are on strike today to unblock the collective bargaining in these subsectors.

The Federation of Agriculture, Food, Beverages, Hotel and Tourism Trade Unions of Portugal (FESAHT) announced this strike, which will last 24 hours.
These workers will also gather in Lisbon, near the headquarters of AHRESP -- the Portuguese Hotel, Restaurant and Similar Services Association.
"This struggle aims to unblock the collective bargaining of these three subsectors that are so important for the defense of workers' rights", pointed out FESAHT, which is affiliated with CGTP, in a statement.
According to the same note, the general secretary of CGTP, Tiago Oliveira, and the coordinator of the Lisbon Trade Union, João Coelho, will be present at the gathering.
