Elderly Man Caught Burgling Torres Vedras Home. Broke Window
The arrest occurred following "a report that a theft was taking place in a house".

A 72-year-old man was caught red-handed robbing a house in the municipality of Torres Vedras, on May 25.
The arrest took place following "a report that a theft was taking place in a house," explained the National Republican Guard (GNR) in a statement sent to newsrooms.
"Upon arriving at the scene, it was possible to see that one of the windows of the house had been broken and there was movement inside, and the Guard officers proceeded to arrest the suspect in flagrante delicto, inside the house," the note added.
Along these lines, the man was arrested and the facts were reported to the Torres Vedras Judicial Court.
This action by the Lisbon Territorial Command, through the Torres Vedras Territorial Post, was supported by officers from the Lisbon Intervention Detachment (DI) and by the Torres Vedras Public Security Police (PSP).
