Indicted for theft is caught in new assault, but ends up being released
Man was arrested in the act after robbing a car. Present in court, he was released.

On May 26, the Public Security Police (PSP) arrested a 38-year-old man for committing a crime of theft from a vehicle in the city of Câmara de Lobos, Madeira.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the security force highlighted that the suspect, who had already been indicted for other crimes of theft and robbery, "was caught in the act, and was still in possession of several items stolen from the vehicle".
These items "were returned to the rightful owner".
The man was brought in for initial questioning at the Funchal Judicial Court, which ordered his release, maintaining the coercive measure of a Term of Identity and Residence.
