GNR recovers mixing desk three months after it was stolen in Matosinhos

The Porto Territorial Command of the National Republican Guard (GNR) announced on Tuesday that it had recovered a mixing desk that had been stolen three months ago in the municipality of Matosinhos.
In a statement sent to newsrooms, the authority revealed that it had managed to recover the object on Monday, as part of "an investigation into a crime of theft inside an establishment".
The theft occurred about three months ago in the town of Angeiras, in Matosinhos, and the military "carried out police inquiries that culminated in the location of the stolen item".
"During the action, a search warrant was executed at a residence, where it was possible to recover the stolen equipment, which was handed over to its rightful owner," the authority reported.
The facts were reported to the Matosinhos Judicial Court.
