AR unanimous in regret for the death of four people after shipwreck in Troy
The Assembly of the Republic unanimously approved today a vote of regret for the death of four people after the shipwreck of the vessel in which they were traveling, near Troia, on April 7.

The vote, presented by the PSD, was approved unanimously.
"On the past 07 April, mourning fell upon our country with the tragic boat accident involving five people, killing four of them off the coast of Troia", reads the vote.
"On that Sunday morning, what was supposed to be a relaxing fishing trip turned fatal for Francisco, his father, Ricardo, Gabriel and José, (both brothers), as well as their families and friends, whose pain and suffering we make a point of not forgetting, in this vote of regret. One never recovers from the loss of a loved one, one never recovers from a shocking accident, such as this one, which deeply marked the community of Grândola and the country", highlights the text.
Today, the deputies also unanimously approved a vote of regret presented by the BE for the death of seven workers from the non-governmental organization (NGO) World Central Kitchen in the Gaza Strip, by the Israeli army, on 01 April.
The vote mentions that "these people were on a humanitarian mission to prepare and distribute meals in Gaza" and that "the seven members of the humanitarian organization were part of a group travelling in three armoured vehicles, duly marked with the organization's logo, on a trip that took place after coordinating this movement with the Israeli army".
"The death of members of humanitarian aid organizations is an attack on their workers, on the organization in question, but also on all humanitarian organizations that operate in war scenarios and, more broadly, on international humanitarian law", argue the deputies.
