With this result, the PSD gets between 16 and 21 seats, when 24 are needed to guarantee an absolute majority in parliament, which has a total of 47 seats.

The JPP is the third most voted political force, reaching between seven and 10 seats (16% to 19%), followed by Chega who won between three and five deputies (8% to 11%).

CDS-PP has between one and two deputies (2% to 5%) and IL keeps one deputy (1% to 3%).

The CDU, the BE and the PAN, who each had a parliamentarian, may or may not be able to maintain representation in the Regional Legislative Assembly, being between zero and one deputies (1% to 3%).

In the last legislature, the Legislative Assembly of Madeira had 20 representatives from the PSD, three from the CDS-PP, 11 from the PS, five from the JPP and four from the Chega. The CDU, the BE, the PAN and the IL each occupied one seat.
