IL unavailable for any understanding with PSD or PS in Madeira
The president of the IL asked today the Madeirans Paulo Cafôfo (PS) and Miguel Albuquerque (PSD) not to waste time with the liberals because they are not available for "any type of understanding", be it governmental or of parliamentary incidence.

"As far as understandings go, and this applies to both PS and Miguel Albuquerque [PSD], my advice is that they don't waste their time with us, it's not worth it", stated Rui Rocha in a declaration at the IL headquarters in Lisbon.
The leader of the liberals said he was not available for any type of more stable understanding, be it governmental or of parliamentary incidence.
"The Liberal Initiative says that there is no viability for any type of stable understanding", he reaffirmed.
Despite the insistence of the journalists, Rui Rocha reinforced that, at this moment, "understandings with the PS or with Miguel Albuquerque are completely out of the question".
With all the votes counted in the Madeira elections, the IL obtained 2.56% of the votes, electing and maintaining the deputy it had in the Regional Legislative Assembly.
