Apple CEO says there's 'work to do' in China
The division responsible for the iPhones registered a drop in sales around 10%.

Apple dedicated its latest financial results presentation to praising the growth in the services area, but was unable to hide the 10% drop in iPhone sales in this first quarter of 2024.
The sharp drop in sales of Apple's mobile phone in China is certainly the origin of this performance, with Apple's own CEO, Tim Cook, admitting that "there is clearly work to be done" in this market.
“I think it has been and is the most competitive market in the world. I believe that this was also the case last quarter”, Cook noted. Despite this, the Apple leader said in an interview with CNBC that he is optimistic about this market. “I think more long-term than next week”, the CEO said.
